The highly wear-resistant mechanical seal with bellows is independent of the direction of rotation and maintenance-free. This is also medium-lubricated via an internal circulation line and enables a long service life. The pump shaft made of stainless steel (AISI 316 Ti) is additionally protected by a shaft protection sleeve also made of stainless steel (AISI 316 Ti). This prevents wear on the pump shaft. Standard block pumps are non-self-priming, single-stage volute casing pumps with performance classification and main dimensions in compliance with NF E 11-112 and DIN EN 733 (replacement for DIN 24255). The pump and the replaceable norm motor are flanged together to form a monoblock unit. The volute casing has replaceable, corrosion-resistant wear rings. The closed impellers are individually balanced to suit the respective operating conditions. They are adjusted to meet the requirements of quality grade 6.3 in compliance with DIN ISO 1940. This ensures smooth and quiet operation and long operating life of the entire pump assembly.
