One more attraction since mid-2024: the “Sonnenbucht” area of the Fantasiana amusement park in Straßwalchen.
Mostly installed in-house by the theme park’s technical team, this 70m2-sized water fountain system, equipped with our cutting-edge technology, has become a true eye-catcher.
The installation not only provides a refreshing cool-down on hot days but also fascinates visitors of all ages with impressive water shows brought to life through precise lighting, sound, and motion effects.
At the heart of the installation are 57 high-performance DMX pumps from the Varionaut series. These pumps offer flexible control as well as stepless height regulation of the fountains, ensuring varied and dynamic performances.
Each of the installed Single Beam and Cluster Eco nozzles is illuminated by a powerful RGB LED underwater spotlight, creating a harmonious interplay between water and light. This perfect synchronization ensures vibrant color effects that showcase the fountain features in spectacular fashion.
The system is controlled using Weigl Control’s reliable control technology, which enables precise management of over 370 DMX control channels.
To ensure the safety of both visitors and equipment—and to create a visually seamless overall look—the entire system was installed flush with the ground using custom-made steel plates.
